Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that time, we can’t guarantee changes — but you’re welcome to return your order for a full refund once it arrives.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, and PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, and note that we don’t ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive depending on your location.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Prices shown are tax-free in GBP.
You may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes once your order reaches your country — these are determined by your local customs office.

What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the product(s).
We’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of the returned item being received or cancellation confirmed.
If you haven’t seen it after that time, contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.
